Delivery Policy
At Trophy Textiles SW Ltd, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and fast, reliable delivery.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders promptly. Where stock is available, we will try to dispatch orders the same day, though during busy periods this may not always be possible.
Once dispatched, UK Mainland parcels are generally delivered within 2-5 working days. Please note that while we strive to meet these timescales, delivery is not guaranteed, and delays can occasionally occur. Large deliveries may also take longer.
Delivery Methods & Costs
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Delivery costs are:
£4.80 for standard orders
£7.20 for larger orders
Please note that we only deal with customers on the UK Mainland, refer to Royal Mail website.
Tracking Information
Standard Royal Mail parcels are not tracked, there will usually be a card left if you have missed your delivery, please contact your local post office.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels once they have been handed to Royal Mail. In the rare event of loss or damage, customers should contact their local sorting office first.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods, bank holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
Not received?
If your item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check with your local sorting office first. Royal Mail considers an item “missing” only after 15 working days; replacements for undelivered items will only be considered after this period, and not until the courier services have been contacted.
